Style 1 Drylon
Description: A SUPER FLUOROCARBON INTERBRAIDED PACKING without additives of any kind. This packing is virtually a premium packing because of its very low co-efficient of friction and it ensures immediate response to pressure changes. This packing is developed for pumps and valves handling highly corrosive liquids, where soft resilient packings are desired.
Services: This packing is strongly recommended for Oxygen service, centrifugal shafts, mixers and agitators. A special packing for ammonia charge pumps, carbomate recycle pumps etc. involving high pressure application, acids and alkalies of any concentration. Not recommended to use on molten alkail metals.
Sizes:
1) Sizes 3 mm to 5 mm is supplied in spools of 10 mtrs.

Style 2 Neoflon
Description: A special tough 100% Pure PTFE Packing Impregnated with special ultra chemical inert suspensoid. The packing is diagonally braided. Our special impregnation process increases compressibility and recovery factors. This packing responds readily to pressure changes and forms a long lasting gland seal having very low coefficient of friction.
Services: A good packing for control valves even under high pressure conditions, reciprocating rods, pumps handling corrosive gases, solvents, acids, hydrocarbons, ammonia, food -stuffs and pharmaceutical industries. Not recommended to use on molten alkali metals such as Sodium, Potassium and gaseous fluorine as these can attack at high temperatures and pressures.

Style 3 Ultraflon
Description: A special all Chemical Packing manufactured from Pure PTFE Fibres having DUPLEX BRAID construction to increase dimensional stability treated with inert high temperature resisting lubricant to resist migration and to display compressibility and recovery characteristics. The packing is safe, more flexible, and non-toxic. Fluids can be sealed with a minimum of gland pressure, consequently there is less friction as well as heat build up. It is an inert, virtually indestructible packing, having a lower co-efficient of friction with good compressive strength.
Services: A good packing to seal against concentrated acids, alkali solutions, oils, corrosive gases, food -stuff and pharmaceutical industries. This packing is not recommended to use on molten metals and gaseous fluorine.

Style 23 Flurocarb
Description: A Duplex Plaited Packing of exceptionally strong fluoropolymer blended with super grade graphite particles to enhance lubricity and heat dissipation and low thermal expansion.
Services: This packing is particularly suitable for high shaft speeds. The packing is recommended for valve stems centrifugal and reciprocating applications, slurry pumps. A fairly good packing for high pressure applications against caustics, acids, chemicals, liquors, pulp with the exception of strong oxidising agents.

Style 25 Insitlon
Description: AN IDEAL PACKING FOR SCORED SHAFT / SLEEVES The ingredients are formulated and blended to provide a packing with superior anti-friction and non-scoring characteristics. The packing though not braided yet stable, strong, mouldable, smooth, flexible, and malleable. All the ingredients of the packing is a lubricant. The packing is incorporated with heat transfer properties.
Application: This packing is a supplement to worn out braided packing or to use as a combination with braided packing. This packing because of its mouldable properties adopt to any shape or configuration in the stuffing box and compensate for wear by moulding itself to the required shape and can salvage the worn out conventional packing. This packing eliminates the need for maintaining inventory of various sizes since it can caulk into any size of stuffing box even with excessive tolerances due to its exceptional malleability.
Services: The packing is recommended for oil, water, solvents, steam paper mill stock, acids and alkalies, abrasive, centrifugal or reciprocating pumps, mixers, agitators, valves, expansion joints with the exception of strong oxidizing agents, fluorine and fuming nitric acid. For higher pressures if greater clearances are encountered back up rings of braided packings are recommended.
Style 36 Graflon
Description: Universal super performance packing DUPLEX Plaited form of sophisticated special Fluoropolymer fibre intimately bonded with graphite which will improve thermal conductivity and lubricity while retaining the quality of extremely low friction. The presence of graphite acts as a heat generated at the pump shaft or value spindle. Thus the resiliency and compressibility of the packing last long. This packing does not harden and runs cool. It has a low co-efficient of thermal expansion. This packing is recommended for oils and solvents, caustics, acids, dyes, chemicals, white and black liquor, wood pulp, detergent with the exception of strong oxidising agents, aqua regia, fluorine and fuming nitric acid.
